Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the customer) and Zozzy’s Import regarding the importation of goods. Our business is registered under the Registrar of Business. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Scope of Services

We provide importation services including sourcing of products from international suppliers, handling shipping, customs clearance, and delivery of goods when they arrive in Ghana, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations.

3. Order Placement and Confirmation

Orders must be placed through our website. An order is confirmed only after the customer clears their cart by making payment and receives a message from us through email or SMS. We reserve the right to reject or modify any order at our discretion if some items are out of stock, but the client will be notified first.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Cedis and are subject to change without notice. Items are priced without shipping fees, which will be paid later. Full payment must be made before the order is processed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges such as shipping fees will be communicated to customers after the goods are bought and shipped and must be paid in full before the goods reach Tema Port. After placing an order, you will be added to our shipping fee group where we provide updates on your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs and shipping agents. Goods normally take 2 months to arrive at Tema Port after they are shipped, not when you place the order. Goods reach Tema Port two months after we close orders and goods are bought and shipped. Clearance at the port takes 2-3 weeks. After clearance, Zozzy’s Import will pack your order and deliver it to you at a fee. The customer bears the delivery cost. All items sent out are tested first to ensure they are functioning. We do not send damaged goods to our customers; if there is any damage, it could be from the delivery company. We don’t do meets up it’s strictly delivery or pickups.

6. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods

The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery. Any claims for defects, shortages, or damages must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt. If no claim is made within the specified period, the goods are considered accepted.

7. Returns and Refunds

Goods may only be returned with prior written approval, and the customer bears the delivery cost. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. We only refund if items are damaged or goods sent by us are not as described. If the issue is about the size of items, we do not refund or accept returns, so please know your size before placing an order. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.

8. Limitation and Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods in the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our control, including shipping delays and customs issues.

9. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. For further information, contact:
